We make every effort to display our products, colours and prices accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display of any colour will be exact, and natural beads and stones vary in colour, grain and form. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue any product, or restrict sales to any person or region at our discretion.

They are not medical, psychological, financial or legal advice, are not a substitute for professional care, and we make no guarantee of any specific outcome. 4. Orders & Accounts

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, and to limit quantities per person, household or order. Orders are verified for authenticity; we may call to confirm doubtful addresses, and only verified phone and address orders are shipped. If we change or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by email or phone. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate account and purchase information.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

All purchases are subject to our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy. Please review it before placing an order. Products may be returned or exchanged only in accordance with that policy.

6. Consultations & Services

Paid consultations and healing sessions are personal, time-reserved services and are subject to the cancellation, reschedule and no-show terms set out in our Refund Policy. Such services are provided for spiritual and wellness support only, consistent with the disclaimer in Section 3.

7. Third-Party Links & Tools

Our site may link to third-party websites or use third-party tools (including payment, analytics and advertising services) over which we have no control. These are provided “as is” without warranty, and your use of them is at your own risk. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of third parties; please review their terms and policies.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, images, logos, graphics, product photography and the Divine Heals name and branding — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or exploit any content without our prior written permission.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Divine Heals and its proprietor, team, partners and service providers from any claim or demand (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.

12. Grievance Redressal

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, complaints and grievances may be addressed to our Grievance Officer, who will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve it within a reasonable time, and ordinarily within one month of receipt:

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any separate agreements under which we provide you services are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Pune, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to applicable consumer-protection law that may allow a consumer to file in their own district.

14. Severability, Waiver & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held unlawful, void or unenforceable, it shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right. These Terms, together with the policies referenced here, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
