DIVINE HEALS
Privacy Policy
Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how Divine Heals (the “Site”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares and protects your Personal Information when you visit or make a purchase from https://divineheals.com. We process personal data in a manner consistent with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules.
1. Information We Collect
Device information: browser type and version, IP address, time zone, cookie data, pages and products viewed, search terms and how you interact with the Site — collected automatically via cookies, log files and similar technologies.
Order information: name, billing and shipping address, email, phone number and payment information — collected at checkout to process payment, fulfil and ship your order, send confirmations, screen for fraud and communicate with you.
Support information: any details you voluntarily share when you contact us — used solely to provide support and resolve your query.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your Personal Information to process and fulfil orders; verify and screen for fraud; provide customer support; communicate order and service updates; with your consent, send marketing about products, offers and updates; and to operate, analyse and improve the Site. We use information only for the purposes for which it was collected, or compatible purposes permitted by law.
3. Consent & Legal Basis
When you provide Personal Information to complete a transaction, place an order, arrange delivery or contact support, we process it on the basis of your consent and to perform the transaction you requested. For secondary purposes such as marketing, we ask for your express consent or give you a clear opportunity to decline. You may withdraw consent at any time (see Section 8); withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out.
4. Who We Share It With
We share Personal Information only with trusted service providers who help us run our business, and only to the extent necessary:
• Shopify — our e-commerce platform, for hosting the store, processing orders and managing accounts.
• Razorpay — our payment gateway, for securely processing payments. Card data is encrypted to the PCI-DSS standard and not stored on our servers.
• Courier partners — to deliver your orders.
• Analytics & advertising partners such as Google and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — to understand Site usage and show relevant ads.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to respond to a lawful request or court order, or to protect our rights. Some providers may be located in other jurisdictions; where data is transferred outside India, we take steps to ensure it remains protected consistent with applicable law.
5. Behavioural Advertising & Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember preferences, track cart activity and analyse Site usage, and to show ads we believe are relevant to you. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may affect your experience. You can opt out of certain advertising via Google Analytics (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout), Google Ads (google.com/settings/ads), Meta (facebook.com/settings/?tab=ads) and the Digital Advertising Alliance (optout.aboutads.info). Because there is no consistent industry standard for “Do Not Track” signals, we do not currently alter our practices in response to them.
6. Data Retention
We retain Personal Information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy — including completing your order, providing support, and meeting legal, accounting, tax or reporting obligations — after which it is deleted or anonymised.
7. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational precautions and follow industry practices to protect your Personal Information from loss, misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, but we work to safeguard your data.
8. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to:
• Access and obtain a summary of the Personal Information we hold about you.
• Request correction, completion or updating of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Request erasure of your Personal Information, where no longer required and not subject to a legal retention obligation.
• Withdraw consent to processing or to marketing communications at any time.
• Nominate another individual to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity.
• Register a grievance with our Grievance Officer (Section 10).
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
9. Children / Minors
The Site is intended for individuals aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can delete it.
10. Grievance Officer & Contact
If you wish to access, correct, amend or delete your information, withdraw consent, register a complaint, or ask any question about this policy, please contact our Grievance Officer. We will acknowledge complaints promptly and ordinarily resolve them within the timelines required by law.

11. Changes & Complaints
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time for operational, legal or regulatory reasons; updates take effect when posted on this page. If you are not satisfied with our response to a complaint, you may contact the relevant data-protection authority in your jurisdiction.
Nothing in this policy limits or waives any non-waivable rights available to consumers under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, or other applicable Indian law.
