Cancellation Policy

Please note our cancellation policy for all orders placed through our website:

1. Cancellation Window

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Since we dispatch most orders within 24 hours of placement, please raise your cancellation request as early as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

2. How to Cancel

3. Cancellation Terms by Payment Type

a) Prepaid Orders: If a prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, you will receive a store credit code equal to the full amount paid, usable on any future order.

b) COD Orders with Partial Prepayment: If a COD order requires a partial upfront deposit and you cancel the order, the deposit amount is non-refundable. No credit or compensation will be provided for the deposited amount.

c) COD Orders with No Deposit: If a COD order has no deposit component, there are no cancellation charges — the order can be cancelled freely before dispatch.

4. Cancellation Charges

We do not charge any cancellation fee when your order is eligible for cancellation and is cancelled successfully.
